HORAS Cert Certification aims to promote and encourage environmental awareness and responsibility and to help continuously improve certification management issues in industry, commerce and the public sphere. We recognize the importance of impartiality in carrying out our management system accreditation activities, managing conflicts of interest and ensuring the objectivity of our management system accreditation activities.
We want to achieve our goals as a major, internationally accredited national certifier for quality, and we recognize that effectively managing our customers, our employees, our certification process and our business results makes good business sense. It will be an essential and integral part of our business strategy.
We will achieve this through:-
Providing an international accreditation service in accordance with ISO 17021-1:2015 that is characterized by integrity and objectivity to all those wishing to benefit from our services,
Providing our clients with a professional service that is perceived to add value to their business and meet their expectations,
Practicing sound certification principles through competent employees
Caring and appreciating our employees,
Briefing and training our employees to conduct audits that satisfy our clients, the supervisory body and the standards we set,
Develop an open exchange of information with organizations and the public about the certification service we provide,
Continuously improving the certification service, we provide,
Practicing sound business principles to manage HORAS Cert adoption and achieve a return on shareholder investments,
Records of approved customers and previously approved customers must be maintained for the duration of the current cycle plus one full certification cycle
Communicate this policy to our employees, customers and interested parties.
